Complex Director of Human Resources
Pyramid Global Hospitality is an international leader in hospitality dedicated to creating a supportive work environment. They are seeking a Complex Human Resources Director responsible for managing HR functions and providing strategic leadership for HR teams at two properties.

Strong mentor to HR managers and team
Qualification
Required
A college degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a college degree, preferably in Human Resources, Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism Management
Resort, hotel or hospitality experience required, preferably at multiple large properties
Thorough knowledge of Federal & State laws pertaining to HR
Union labor relations experience required
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a demanding environment
Microsoft Office skills required
Preferred
Workday and iCIMS knowledge preferred
Bilingual a plus
