Subscriber Management Team (SMT) Lead

Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a small team of up to 9 members in a dynamic environment
Participate in meetings with, brief, and work collaboratively with senior leadership and other teams to complete mission objectives
Comprehend Subscriber Onboarding and Compliance, Integration Migration Schedule, and Medical Enclave Migration Schedule
Convey technical concepts to audiences with varying technical understanding
Solve problems independently or with minimal assistance
Evaluate deficiencies and obstacles to achieving the organization’s mission
Manage system access requests and provide updates to leadership
Deliver exceptional customer support and maintain SOP administration
Monitor tools and interfaces as part of operational responsibilities
Maintain strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication

Proven leadership in process/project management, meeting documentation, and computer network defense tool compliance
Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure actions align with approved plans and strategic objectives
Supervise and manage the team's effective and timely support of Subscriber requirements
Ensure compliance with JFHQ-DODIN orders and support organizational mission
Operate independently and solve problems as necessary
Qualification
Required
Clearance Level: Secret
Must meet applicable DoD 8570 and DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or a minimum of three years of equivalent work experience
Position may require up to 20% travel
Technical foundation with the ability to understand basic computer processes and networks
Highly developed oral and written communication skills
Exceptional logical and analytical thinking capabilities
Strong understanding of common enterprise technologies
Knowledge of network security procedures, best practices, and implementation
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a remote/telework environment
Project Management experience
Preferred
Experience using help desk ticketing systems (e.g., MHS ServiceNow, Jira) and web-based collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Confluence, SharePoint)
Proficiency with desktop programs (Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, MS Word)
