Responsibilities
Lead project management of building automation and controls for a new data center, from early design through commissioning and handover
Attend design meetings, reviewing contract drawing packages, collaborating with OFCI vendors on controls related items
Own and maintain project specifications, ensuring consistency and scalability across the new campus
Oversee project execution, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and performance standards are met
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for building automation and controls throughout the project lifecycle
Drive commissioning and validation processes, ensuring controls systems operate to design intent prior to facility launch
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience in controls systems, building automation, or MEP systems with proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects through all phases of delivery
Strong technical understanding of controls design, installation, and integration
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
Experience with data center or mission-critical facility controls
Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-level specifications across multiple projects or sites
Preferred
Ignition Certification or experience preferred
