Responsibilities
Dive deep into the world of early-stage SaaS startups — uncovering hidden design talent and surfacing exceptional portfolios that others overlook
Go beyond LinkedIn, exploring creative communities like Dribbble, Behance, Figma Community, and personal portfolio sites
Review work for craft, systems thinking, and storytelling
Work with a variety of SaaS startups and receive job orders
Share the notes with our sourcers after talking with the hiring teams
Calibrate with Sourcers and Recruiters, then research profiles and add folks to a project
Support our Recruiting team to do phone calls with the folks that you source
Qualification
Required
Experience in sourcing design talent from creative communities like Dribbble, Behance, and Figma Community
Ability to review design work for craft, systems thinking, and storytelling
Strong research skills to uncover hidden design talent
Experience working with early-stage SaaS startups
