Information Security Senior Department Manager

Responsibilities
Develops the company’s information technology security program
Plans, develops, implements and reviews security standards, procedures and guidelines to safeguard systems, databases and network against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction or disclosure
Selects, tests and implements security products, services and control techniques and communicating security procedures to users
Identifies regulatory changes that will affect data/information security and recommends appropriate changes
Provides technical assistance in the planning and design of IT security systems
Qualification
Required
At least 10 of experience in administrating, supporting, and maintaining enterprise platforms
At least 7 years of managing technical teams and managing enterprise IT projects
Comprehensive knowledge of at least one industry standard firewall
Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards for information security
Comprehensive knowledge of network and server operating systems
Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles
Expertise in designing and implementing complex network architectures
Advanced skills in managing and maintaining enterprise-level systems and hardware
Advanced understanding of Server, Desktop, and Application virtualization concepts and technologies
Advanced knowledge of cloud architecture, security, and best practices for leveraging and integrating cloud technologies
Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive disaster recovery plans
Advanced skills creating batch and PowerShell scripts for system maintenance tasks
Expert knowledge of SDLC processes and best practices for managing software releases
Advanced oral and written communication abilities
Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Able to perform advanced tasks such as automating processes with macros, creating detailed reports, and designing high-impact presentations
Ability to apply complex logic or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and deal with multiple variables
Ability to compute complex mathematical functions such as discount, interest, profit and loss, commission markup and selling price, ratio and proportion, and percentage
Ability to lead and work under pressure and meet deadlines
High degree of adaptability
Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail
Certifications should include at least one of the following: (ISACA) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), (ISC)² Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), EC-council Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)
