Meet or exceed hiring targets and timelines by consistently delivering high-quality hires
Successfully identify, engage, and secure outstanding talent for critical roles across Commercial, Operations, and Business Operations
Proactively build and maintain robust pipelines of top-tier candidates through creative sourcing strategies and direct outreach; ensuring access to both active and passive talent
Provide a seamless and transparent experience for both candidates and hiring partners, resulting in high satisfaction scores and strong offer acceptance rates
Ensure that hiring practices and candidate slates reflect a wide range of perspectives and experiences, supporting a culture of inclusion and balanced team composition

Required

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and closing offers for a variety of business functions
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)

Preferred

Experience recruiting for Commercial, Operations, or Business Enablement roles
Demonstrated ability to produce in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
Proven commitment to inclusion initiatives
