Responsibilities
Build and own the product roadmap and strategy for your product area
Work closely with engineers and product designers to bring new products and features to life
Immerse yourself in understanding our customers, market trends, and the technology landscape
Stay abreast of our evolving product offerings and work with teams to improve our product accordingly
Collaborate with user experience researchers to help identify future product opportunities
Ensure the continued quality and stability of your product to retain customer trust
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Product Management experience
Familiarity with performance metrics, service-level agreement concepts, and RESTful APIs
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success
A genuine interest in technology and innovation in the messaging and customer engagement space
A proactive, positive, can-do attitude. You drive projects to completion excellently, and are always looking for new ways that processes and products can be improved
Ability to work within a cross-functional team and balance multiple projects at once
Eagerness to learn and grow
Preferred
Experience at a B2B SaaS company
Experience with product offerings that include SLAs
Marketing industry experience or subject matter expertise
