Qualification
Required
Degree or MBA
10+ years in quantitative trading or portfolio leadership in the USA (mandatory)
Proven record managing a team with $20B+ AUM (crypto, XRP, DeFi, alternative markets)
Mastery in algorithmic trading, XRP, XLT, on-chain data analysis, SMA, AI, Web3
Strategic vision with hands-on technical fluency
Previously hired and retained the best quants in your team
Preferred
Canada, Dubai and Australia wealth management territory knowledge a bonus
