Responsibilities
Process sales cash and credit card transactions using a POS system
Promote Zoo membership sales
Answer visitor questions regarding Zoo memberships, ticketing, special events, and general Zoo information
Demonstrate proficiency in POS (point-of-sale) systems
Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner
Proactive, flexible, and able to use sound judgement in making decisions related to guest issues
Adhere to Zoo policy and safety protocols
Assist in crowd control in various weather conditions
Various administration duties on an as-needed basis
Qualification
Required
One year of relevant experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience, demonstrating the applicant's ability to perform the responsibilities and requirements outlined above
Clear background check
Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner
Proactive, flexible, and able to use sound judgement in making decisions related to guest issues
Adhere to Zoo policy and safety protocols
Demonstrate proficiency in POS (point-of-sale) systems

Preferred
