Hoya Vision Care is seeking a Global Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations Services to oversee the design, implementation, management, and support of its global IT infrastructure. This leadership role focuses on delivering reliable infrastructure and support services, aligning IT strategies with business operations, and enhancing cloud services to support digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Design, implementation, management, and support of the global IT infrastructure
Lead the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of cloud services
Align IT Infrastructure and Services strategy with business operations, objectives, and outcomes
Monitor service delivery by cloud service providers and ensure troubleshooting and resolution are executed promptly
Work with Business Partners and IT Senior Leaders to address performance, reliability, resilience, and support challenges
Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for managed detection, response, and recovery actions

Required

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Tertiary Education Level
Proven experience in the implementation and management of cloud platforms and services
Experience in building, selecting, and supervising a fit for purpose Help Desk service
Experience in establishing a change management process
Ability to monitor the level of service delivered by cloud service providers
Ability to ensure troubleshooting and resolution are promptly executed
Experience in understanding performance, reliability, resilience, and support challenges in a digital landscape
Proven experience in defining and managing support tools and procedures
Ability to implement infrastructure capability and support services
Strong communication skills for updates and reporting with the team, stakeholders, and business partners
