Qualification

Registration with the USPTO
Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the role of outside counsel
Experience directed to 4G, 5G, and 6G technical submissions to the 3GPP Communication Standards Organization
Experience preparing claim charts that map claims to the 3GPP Communication Standards
Preferred
Proximity to one of the offices in Los Angeles or Northern Virginia
