The Workforce & Learning Researcher will conduct research on industry trends, skills gaps, and learner needs to transform insights into actionable recommendations for program development and curriculum improvements.

Responsibilities
Track industry trends, emerging roles, and skills demand across geographies
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, interviews, desk research)
Monitor and synthesize labor market reports, employer data, and competitor benchmarks
Maintain a living knowledge base of emerging jobs and capabilities
Translate workforce insights into recommendations for new program development
Provide data-driven recommendations to guide program portfolios and design decisions
Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to ensure curricula reflect market realities
Contribute to ongoing curriculum evaluation by providing labor market context
Support the creation of success metrics and benchmarks for employability outcomes
Feed research insights into iterative improvements across all programs
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in labor market analysis, workforce research, or a related field
Proven ability to synthesize large datasets, reports, and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations
Experience in education, training, or skills development
Strong analytical and research skills, both qualitative and quantitative
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and visualization tools
Excellent communication skills to translate insights for non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple research projects in parallel
Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with complexity
