Responsibilities
Manage and review federal, state, and international tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals
Advise clients on tax planning, compliance, and reporting requirements
Lead engagement teams, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget
Mentor and support staff through training, coaching, and feedback
Research and resolve complex tax issues, providing clear, practical solutions
Handle foreign reporting requirements such as FBAR, Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 1120-F, and GILTI
Work with Partners on strategic planning and business development opportunities
Stay up to date on industry developments and changes in tax legislation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification
At least six years of tax experience in public accounting or a similar setting, including three in a management role
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple priorities
Comfortable using tax and accounting software tools
Preferred
Master's in Taxation or related field
