Capital Markets Administrator

Responsibilities

Gather investor data, contact information, etc. from internal and external sources
Maintain and update all relevant Investor data through software applications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility to the Capital Markets team and other users within JPI (e.g. ELT, Development)
Organize and clean data sets to eliminate errors and redundancies
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to assist communication with Capital Markets and ELT, investors, and project managers
Act as the master user/owner of the CRM and Investor Management software
Assist all users of CRM and Investment Management software
Lead any implementation of software in the Capital Markets team
Manage all investor subscriptions
Complete all investor accreditations complying with the company's guidelines
Coordinate with IT department to ensure data security and compliance with regulations
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Expert knowledge working with investor management and/or CRM software applications
Familiarity with real estate data platforms
Understanding of real estate development processes, market analysis, and financial metrics (e.g., NOI, cap rates, IRR)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Strong, proactive problem-solving abilities; demonstrated time management and organization skills

Preferred

Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset is a must – desire to continue building a growing company
