Responsibilities

During the 12-week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the Supply Chain department
Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects
You will also play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the Supply Chain Planning business unit

Required

Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or master's program in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related fields
Fundamental understanding and experience in data analysis, process improvement, and ERP systems (preferably SAP ECC/APO)
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data visualization, advanced formulas) and familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools
Basic understanding of production scheduling concepts and manufacturing processes
Ability to gather and organize data from multiple systems (e.g., SAP, LIMS) to support analysis
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Exposure to scenario simulation, decision-support tools, or optimization models is a plus
