Administrative Manager Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking an Administrative Manager for the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day department operations, hospital performance, professional finances, and all leadership responsibilities within the department.

Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related scientific field
Requires at least five years of Healthcare Administration experience
Work requires a significant level of analytical ability to develop and analyze budgets and to develop related justification
Demonstrated success in program management, personnel management, planning, finances
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership attributes including positive, can-do attitude, creativity, and enthusiasm
Exceptional level of professionalism, discretion and the ability to work on highly sensitive and confidential projects
Highly developed skills using personal computer tools including word processing, spreadsheet, databases and presentation applications
Preferred
Master's degree in Health or Business Administration
