Scheduling
Client contact
Drafting correspondence
Drafting pleadings and discovery
Researching legal issues
Handling PIP and property damage claims
Reviewing medical records
Providing additional paralegal support as needed

Qualification

No Fault litigation experienceParalegal certificateCase management softwareAdvanced computer skillsClient communicationHeavy case load managementMulti-tasking

Required

A minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience in No Fault litigation (defense)
Intermediate to advanced computer skills using Word, Excel, and Adobe, as well as case management software
Long term career goals in our field of practice
The ability to handle a heavy case load
The ability to work for multiple attorneys and clients simultaneously
Experience communicating with clients, court officials, vendors, and other outside entities

Preferred

A paralegal certificate from an ABA certified program
