Responsibilities

Review residential appraisals for accuracy, relevancy, and consistency of data in the report being reviewed
Have a current working knowledge of Fannie Mae, HUD/FHA, UAD and USPAP requirements and guidelines
Identify flaws in the appraisal development, logic and theory
Effectively communicate with vendors regarding appraisal issues
Communicate with staff in all departments to meet client expectations and maintain a high level of customer service
Maintain a high level of production
Keep current with client specific underwriting requirements
Identify when a report should be escalated for further review
Delivery of the final product and supporting documentation to the client
