Digital Admin / Assistant
HalfGenius is a Philadelphia-based full-service creative agency that focuses on helping brands achieve growth and ROI through integrative marketing services. The Digital Admin / Assistant will support the Co-Founder and Executive Creative + Technology Director by managing communications, scheduling, and ensuring project deadlines are met, while also assisting with payroll and invoicing tasks.

Responsibilities
Staying on top of all emails
Seeing to executive creative + technology director's deadlines are met
Payroll submission to outsourced company
Quickbooks invoicing for clients
Meeting notes
Ensure team is utilizing project management system regularly
Maintain internal communications
Schedule meetings
First line of response to incoming communications
Scheduling working flow (traffic control)
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience working in an agency setting
Knowledge of WordPress, Quickbooks, Project Management Software, Basecamp
Additional experience managing and working within the following programs: Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and various social media platforms
