Responsibilities
Create Customer Projects containing all pertinent billing information
Issue invoices to customers on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule
Enter invoicing details into customer invoicing web sites if required
Ensure that submitted information is accurate and in compliance with company accounting standards
Work with operations team to finalize invoices for submittal to client
Investigate and resolve billing issues to ensure projects are billed within the appropriate time frame
Participate in collection efforts as needed and assigned by Manager
Other duties assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience; project accounting experience preferred
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Exceptional Attention to Detail and an eye for spotting errors and discrepancies
Ability to prioritize work
Ability to learn new software programs
Proficient with Excel
Strong Communication – written and verbal - and customer service skills with the ability to see issues through to resolution
