Responsibilities

Lead technical implementation and onboarding for enterprise clients
Integrate the platform with clients’ existing IT monitoring and ITSM tools through API and system integrations
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during deployment and post-implementation
Collaborate with product, engineering, and client success teams to deliver a seamless integration experience

Required

5+ years of experience in backend software development - Node.js (Python is a plus)
Experience with API integrations and third-party system connectivity
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Availability to work PST time zone hours

Preferred

Background in AIOps, IT monitoring, or incident management platforms
Previous experience in solutions delivery roles
