Responsibilities

Support customers throughout their entire journey from the initial contract to adoption, and into renewals and expansion
Focus on building trust, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to grow the relationship
Help secure renewals and support upsell motions in collaboration with the Account Managers
Coordinate with technical teams when needed, marshal resources for training or support, and ensure the customer always sees value in KNIME
Report patterns and feedback that can help us evolve how we do things and improve the experience for all KNIMErs and users

Required

Ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects while making every customer feel valued
Strong listening and clear communication skills
Ability to collaborate effortlessly across teams
Experience in a software company or with a product-led growth model is ideal
Willingness to learn fast and bring a customer-first mindset
Ability to support customers throughout their entire journey from initial contract to adoption, renewals, and expansion

Ability to secure renewals and support upsell motions in collaboration with Account Managers
