IT Manager - M365/EUC

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT professionals
Oversee administration, optimization, and security of Microsoft 365 services
Manage the end-user computing environment, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and collaboration tools
Ensure timely and effective resolution of escalated IT support issues, serving as the escalation point when necessary
Establish and enforce IT standards, polices, and best practices for end-user technologies and Microsoft 365
Partner with business leaders to understand needs, prioritize projects, and deliver technology solutions that enhance productivity
Manager hardware and software inventory, license compliance, and lifecycle planning
Support IT infrastructure initiatives in coordination with other IT leaders
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, self-service, and user-training
Develop and monitor key metrics for IT service delivery, ensuring high levels of internal customer satisfaction
Contribute to IT budget planning and vendor management as it relates to end-user technologies and M365 services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required
7+ years of progressive IT experience with emphasis on Microsoft 365 and end-user support with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role
Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 assessments, migrations, and modernization projects
Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and related security/compliance features)
Knowledge of end-user computing environments, device management, and support best practices
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to balance hands-on technical work with managerial oversight
Strong customer-service orientation with effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
At least L2 level hands on knowledge in Active Directory services
This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment
Preferred
Experience supporting multiple sites or distributed user bases a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Enterprise Administrator Expert, etc.) are a plus
Vendor management and budget planning skills a plus
