Responsibilities

Contract Negotiation and Drafting: Related to marketing and brand initiatives (e.g., agency, sponsorship, collaboration, licenses, media, adtech, influencer, vendor agreements, SaaS/technology agreements, etc.)

Outside Counsel Interaction: Partners with outside counsel to establish course of action in important matters including commercial matters; intellectual property

Department Operations: Participates and assists in projects. Supports and pitches in on department initiatives. Works with, oversees and assists Legal Analysts with respect to legal issues and drafting

Knowledge of and interest in technology and basic accounting and finance. Considers financial impact when making decisions. Understands responsibilities with respect to loss contingencies. Collaborate with Legal team and cross-functional partners to support the procurement and use of emerging technology (including AI)

Legal Department Leadership. Expected to work with and assist Legal Analysts

Organizational Leadership. Participates and assists in projects, as requested

Legal Department Collaboration. Receive and review legal work from stakeholders and members of the legal department
