Senior LevelSupplyco is building a tech-enabled marketplace for industrial equipment to transform US manufacturing. The role involves designing and executing strategic initiatives, analyzing marketplace dynamics, and driving growth experiments while working closely with the founders.

Responsibilities
Design and execute strategic initiatives as we scale from software to marketplace
Build sophisticated automation workflows using Clay, Zapier, and cutting-edge AI tools
Create compelling content and narratives for enterprise buyers - from sales collateral to thought leadership
Analyze marketplace metrics, unit economics, and competitive dynamics
Implement growth experiments across channels (including tools like Dripify for outreach)
Support financial modeling, fundraising, and investor relations
Eventually build and lead teams across sales, marketing, and operations
Qualification
Required
Exceptional educational background with emphasis on liberal arts (reading, writing, classics) - we value broad thinkers who can connect ideas across disciplines
Strong business and financial literacy - ability to model marketplaces, understand unit economics, and think strategically about competition
Type-A personality that executes relentlessly - you ship work at exceptional quality and speed
Proven experience with modern automation tools (Clay, Zapier, AI tools, content clipping/creation)
Exceptional writing skills - you can craft narratives that move enterprise buyers
Track record at elite organizations (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, top-tier startups, hedge funds)
Based in NYC or willing to relocate - this is an in-person role in our Soho office
Preferred
Philosophy, classics, or humanities degree from top university
Experience in marketplaces, industrial distribution, or B2B commerce
Previous experience at <50 person startup
Network in manufacturing, finance, or venture capital communities
Technical skills or ability to work closely with engineering
