Responsibilities

Become a subject matter expert on our computer-vision AI solution for aircraft turnaround management and be the technical authority during the sales process
Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations and presentations to technical and business stakeholders at all levels
Collaborate with the sales team, as well as other teams like Product Development, Machine Learning or Solution Architecture, to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions that highlight the unique value of our product
Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover a customer's IT environment, existing workflows, and integration requirements
Collaborate with the sales team, as well as other teams like Product Development, Machine Learning or Solution Architecture, and provide comprehensive technical and functional responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with our product and engineering teams to help shape future product development (product development loop)
Attend conferences, tradeshows and industry events to represent the company and interact with existing and potential customers
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solution

Qualification

Required

Several years of experience in Presales / SE / Technical Consulting in a SaaS environment, AI / Computer Vision related software
Strong commercial understanding of customer needs and decision-making processes
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Skilled in aviation data analysis to support business cases and ROI calculations
Familiar with the travel and tourism industry
Confident presenter to diverse audiences, from executives to technical teams
Effective at translating customer challenges into tailored technical solutions
Resourceful, adaptable, and entrepreneurial in navigating complex situations
Fluent in English, other languages desirable
Willing to travel up to 50%

Preferred

Airports & Airlines domain experience strongly preferred
