Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis – Weekly & Monthly Style, Account, and Door selling
Shipping & Invoicing - Track purchase orders and update shipping logs weekly
Quarterly Selling Campaigns – Preparation & support for seasonal markets, including scheduling, order entry, order confirmations, buy books
Sample Management, Online Copy, & General Administrative Support
Market Expertise & Ownership – Protect & enhance Bottega’s presentation and sales in department stores. Build competitive analyses to identify opportunities
Qualification
Required
Excel competency managing large data sets (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
Strategic Communication, strong writing skills & PowerPoint skills
Positive and proactive attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work in our NYC corporate office
Able to receive academic credit
Available 24 hours a week
Students MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship
