ServiceNow Solution Architect – CSM
Alldus is hiring on behalf of a leading US organization for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM). This role involves leading large-scale CSM transformation initiatives and designing solutions that enhance customer and field service experiences across the United States.

Responsibilities
Lead the overall architecture and design of ServiceNow CSM solutions aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess current customer service operations and define future-state workflows
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing CSM architecture
Provide technical leadership to developers and business process consultants throughout project delivery
Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems to ensure seamless data flow
Establish governance and best practices for ServiceNow CSM configurations, data models, and performance optimization
Support change management and platform adoption across enterprise teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3+ years focused on CSM
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead on enterprise-level ServiceNow CSM implementations
Strong understanding of customer service workflows, case management, and field service operations
Experience designing and integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and data sources
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
ServiceNow certifications in CSM or related modules, including CIS-CSM certification (required)
Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) is a plus
