Responsibilities

Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of automation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational requirements

Effectively allocate resources, including personnel and budget, to meet project milestones and deliverables

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies

Identify potential risks and issues related to project scope, timeline, and budget, and implement proactive measures to mitigate their impact

Oversee quality control processes to ensure that automation solutions meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations

Collaborate with vendors and Subcontractors to procure necessary materials and services, negotiate contracts, monitor progress and maintain relationships

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize project outcomes

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and financial records, and generate regular status reports for management review

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
