Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations and reviews

Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals

Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data across all systems

Balance Sheet reconciliation, intercompany transactions, and NWC reviews

Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and corporate accounting policies

Assist with internal and external audits; prepare supporting documentation and respond to audit inquiries

Monitor and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making

Support the shared finance accounting team (AP, AR, payroll, and general accounting)

Review work prepared by Finance Directors for accuracy and adherence to deadlines

Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve reporting efficiency
