Responsibilities

Daily travel to stakeholder locations, primarily within the Dayton/Cincinnati, OH area
Provide guidance and direction surrounding retail best practices
Assist in supporting training initiatives for stakeholders of varying experience levels in technological and retail subject areas
Communicate client directives and policies to stakeholders and collect feedback from stakeholders to relay to the client
Physical capabilities such as prolonged standing or walking, kneeling, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds – sometimes repeatedly during the working day
Reliable transportation and capacity for overnight travel when required

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of three (3) years related experience
In-depth understanding of retail business structure and best practices
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to convey ideas and concepts to clients which may include executive levels of management
Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work accurately and autonomously, meeting deadlines independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens

Preferred

Previous background leading teams in the retail workspace a plus
Experience delivering formal and informal training to diverse audience groups
Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders
Previous experience with organizational change management
Strong attention to detail
