Responsibilities
Accounting Transactions - Financials, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis
Assist with preparation and distribution of investor allocations, waterfall calculations, carried interest/ incentive fees
Communicate with JV Partners, Investors, Outside Service Providers, and Banks
Support Front Office Investments
Onboard New Investors and Investor Relations reporting
Discuss Quarterly Property Performance
Compile Financial Transactions info to complete Investor K-1s and Entity tax filings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a must
6+ years of Experience in Accounting/Audit within in a BIG 4 public accounting firm working on Real Estate Funds
Strong GAPP and Financial Experience
Preferred
CPA preferred
