Responsibilities

Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of vendor and supplier agreements related to supply chain operations, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, capital equipment, maintenance services, consignment, and purchased services

Advising on compliance with state procurement laws and internal supply chain policies, including oversight of competitive bidding and sourcing practices

Conducting legal and regulatory reviews to ensure supply chain contracts comply with applicable laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, and accreditation standards

Supporting the development and revision of supply chain-related policies and procedures, while assessing legal risks associated with procurement decisions

Collaborating cross-functionally to align supply chain strategies with organizational goals, while monitoring legal and regulatory developments that may impact procurement activities
