Responsibilities
Source and Engage Talent: Identify and attract top candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future roles
Own the Recruitment Process: Partner with hiring managers to define roles, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through every step of the process
Create a Standout Candidate Experience: Communicate proactively with candidates, provide feedback, and ensure every interaction reflects Vi-Leon’s values and culture
Strengthen Our Brand: Support employer branding through social media content, recruiting campaigns, and participation in networking and community events
Build Campus Connections: Partner with colleges and universities to drive campus recruiting efforts, attend career fairs, and foster early-career talent pipelines (local travel required)
Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with leadership to align recruitment strategies, share insights, and continuously improve our processes
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A creative mindset with an interest in marketing, branding, and social media
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Comfort learning/using ATS platforms and digital tools to manage the recruitment process
Enthusiasm for networking and representing Vi-Leon in the marketplace
Willingness to travel locally for events and college partnerships
Must be able to travel to our office in the Greater Boston area
