Responsibilities

Participate in and cooperate with courses, mentorship, and on-the-job training provided by seasoned Agents. Participate in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops

Be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial real estate transactions, ensuring positive client experience

Represent clients to ensure a fair deal for all parties

Assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale/lease and offer advice to interested buyers

Negotiate, as need be, contracts and leases prior to sale/lease of commercial property

Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties

Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends

Advise clients in the development and execution of their real estate investment strategies

Formulate thoughtful analyses of client properties, including broker opinion of value (BOV), market comparables, and research

Prepare marketing materials for exclusive property listings and promote to qualified buyers

Prospect new client relationships, and network with other industry professionals

Negotiate exclusive listing agreements

Assist with negotiations between buyers and sellers and landlords and tenants

Prepare and manage, in partnership with supporting Administrative Support, documentation and internal databases to ensure most up-to-date property and client information

Partner closely with other staff members to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration
