Play a crucial role in the implementation of a large-scale payroll system for approximately 650,000 employees on Oracle EBS Payroll
Provide support across various functional, technical, and change management teams throughout the lifecycle of the program
Address any challenges that may arise during the implementation process

Required

Experience implementing large scale payroll systems
Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payroll systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Advanced Degree
15+ years of industry experience
Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
