Helpdesk / Desktop Support (SDCA2025)

Responsibilities
Install drivers / hardware
New user set ups (set up new login profiles, printers, shortcuts, mapped drives, etc.)
Hardware support (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
Software user support
1st and 2nd level troubleshooting
Assist with higher level tasks when needed
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated
Pleasantly aggressive
High personal ethics
Ability to develop professional and personal relationships with co-workers and end-users
Positive and people-oriented
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Attention to details
Experience with installing drivers/hardware
Experience with new user set ups (set up new login profiles, printers, shortcuts, mapped drives, etc.)
Experience with hardware support (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
Experience with software user support
Experience with 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting
Ability to assist with higher level tasks when needed
