Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail agents and clients
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
Work with carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage for casualty insurance policies
Identify and secure the best possible terms for clients while adhering to company guidelines
Assess and analyze client risks to determine appropriate coverage options
Provide expert advice on casualty insurance products and market trends
Partner with senior brokers, underwriters, and other team members to deliver comprehensive solutions
Support the team in achieving sales and revenue targets
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and binders
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required
License required
