Lead the monthly close for US product revenue: review/approve journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and flux analyses driving on‑time and right‑first‑time results

Serve as business owner for third‑party service providers (3PL, chargebacks/rebates processor, government pricing vendor, price transparency reporting partner, data aggregator)
Set SLAs/KPIs, chair weekly operational reviews, resolve exceptions, and ensure data integrity across EDI (852/867), wholesaler data, and ERP/finance systems
Evaluate vendor performance, escalate issues, and drive continuous improvement and automation
Government Pricing & Price Transparency Compliance
Oversee (via vendor) all federal and state pricing programs: MDRP/Medicaid (AMP/Best Price, DDR), 340B (ceiling price), VA/FSS (NFAMP/FCP), Medicare Part B, TriCare, and state drug price transparency filings (e.g., WAC launch and price‑increase reporting)
Govern contract & pricing data: class‑of‑trade, customer eligibility, price lists/WAC, wholesaler admin fees, and distributor agreements ensuring compliant data lineage and documentation
Partner with Legal/Market Access on payer and channel contracts
Own the annual methodology documentation, governance calendar, SOPs, and change controls
Order‑to‑Cash & Trade Operations Oversight
Oversee order‑to‑cash in partnership with 3PL/wholesalers (order management, invoicing, cash application, deductions, short‑pays)
Ensure robust chargeback/ rebate adjudication and dispute resolution with distributors, GPOs, PBMs, and payers
Design key controls (SOX 404), segregation of duties, and data reconciliations across ERP, 3PL portal, and pricing systems
Cross‑Functional Partnership
Own GTN inputs working with our service provider to translate market dynamics (payer mix, utilization, formulary wins/losses, copay trends, returns) into forecast assumptions
Provide clear, decision enabling insights to senior leadership running scenario analyses and sensitivities around price, mix, and channel
Support external reporting and quarterly/annual audits
