Required
Any Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of experience
5+ years of experience in Planisware (G.Plan) system implementation, configuration, and support
5+ years of experience in requirement analysis, business process impact assessment, and specification documentation
5+ years of experience in change control management, configuration specification, and qualification execution
4+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams for system design and testing
5+ years in data engineering, designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
5+ years of experience with data governance, quality, and lifecycle management in clinical or observational domains
5+ years of hands-on experience with RWE data, data profiling, and integration of large datasets
5+ years of experience in data architecture design and enterprise data warehouse enablement
4+ years of experience in team leadership and coordination across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
4+ years in building and maintaining data-driven applications supporting analytics and research objectives
Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
Preferred
Experience in system integration with enterprise platforms and related data systems
Knowledge of GxP compliance, documentation, and audit readiness practices
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Familiarity with configuration management tools and regulated system documentation
Experience with AWS, Databricks, Redshift, and Python-based ETL frameworks
Familiarity with data security, metadata management, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in real-world data modeling and data destruction processes for compliance
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to train and mentor team members on GDASH and data governance policies
