Responsibilities

Manage a team of 2 direct reports

Lead cross-functional project teams to define scope, evaluate options, and align stakeholders

Manage projects through FEL phases, construction, and start-up

Oversee engineering contractors to ensure complete and accurate deliverables

Monitor and control scope, schedule, budget, and risks

Coordinate with EHS and Construction Engineering teams for permitting and execution

Develop and manage procurement plans, contracts, and invoices

Ensure quality assurance and participate in commissioning

Communicate project status, budgets, and forecasts to stakeholders

Manage a team of 2 direct reports plus contract engineers

Mentor junior staff and collaborate with plant leadership and supply chain teams

Tailor communications for diverse audiences, from frontline workers to leadership
