Responsibilities

Diagnose system problems effectively to maximize system utilization for operations

Support management in development of computerized system solutions to business opportunities and/or enhancing guest service

Maintain list of authorized users and application passwords

Monitor slot activities for adherence to Company policies and various gaming regulatory requirements

Maintain working relationships with outside vendors and system support personnel

Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Slots Technicians

Control the daily activities associated with the operation and support of the Slot systems

Monitor system utilization, system maintenance, and report analysis. Ensure that service and availability levels are maintained

Perform preventative maintenance on slot machines on a scheduled basis

Perform related duties as assigned

Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Racing Commission License and Louisiana Gaming License

Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) and Licenses; or

Equivalent experience; or

Equivalent combination of education and experience
