Responsibilities

Create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans

Independently develop and review code

Contribute to the go-live plan

Collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations

At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology

Experience with Core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate

Experience with spring boot micro services API development from scratch

Knowledge of SQL commands, DB Procedures on Oracle, Postgress DBs

Preferred

Experience in software development life cycle

Experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements

To be able to design according to functional and non-functional needs and be able to provide multiple solution options, tech stack and be able to drive design decisions for a project / application

Possesses strong knowledge of application development technologies, tools, methodologies as well as all functional areas in IT organization

Experience and understanding of Production support and performance engineering

Experience in batch and online debugging

Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills

Experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Analytical skills

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
