Responsibilities
Define and drive strategy for Generative AI applications in Martech, customer-centric content management, experimentation, and personalization
Partner across Marketing, Engineering, and BU Product teams to deliver an integrated customer experience ecosystem
Lead the evolution of experimentation frameworks and best practices to enable 'Experimentation Everywhere.'
Champion personalization at scale—driving adoption of machine learning and AI capabilities that create tailored, outcome-driven experiences for customers
Build and govern scalable, compliant content management capabilities, ensuring speed, quality, and relevance across touchpoints
Establish roadmaps and operational models that balance innovation, governance, and efficiency
Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse, high-performing team of product managers
Communicate vision, priorities, and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Anticipate and manage risks, dependencies, and regulatory considerations, especially in the application of AI
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in Martech, product management, or digital customer experience leadership roles in technology-driven businesses
Proven track record of defining and delivering transformative customer experiences at scale
Deep expertise in personalization, experimentation platforms, and content management systems
Strong curiosity about Generative AI and compelling point of views on how Marketing will evolve in the world of Generative AI
Hands-on experience building Gen AI applications a big plus
Strategic thinker who can connect vision to execution and measure impact through data-driven insights
Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
Strong leadership skills with experience growing and mentoring high-performing teams
Familiarity with privacy, compliance, and governance frameworks in Martech and AI
