Account Executive (US market)
bsport is an all-in-one platform combining boutique fitness and advanced technology, and they are seeking their very first Account Executive for the US market. This role involves capturing the US market by consulting with key decision makers and managing the full sales cycle to drive client acquisition.

Responsibilities
Deliver clear, engaging demos that highlight bsport’s value by addressing client-specific pain points
Manage the full sales cycle, from demo to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience
Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead quality and with Account Managers for a smooth client handover post-signing
Contribute actionable insights to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and align closely with client needs
Develop proactive strategies to drive client acquisition and reinforce bsport’s market presence in US
Qualification
Required
Experience in a similar position within a high-growth/fast-paced startup environment
Have native level of English
A goal-driven approach with a passion for achieving results and a proactive attitude toward challenges
Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the resilience to navigate dynamic sales cycles
Ability to work independently while contributing actively to a positive team environment
A creative spirit, bringing fresh ideas, making suggestions, and embracing innovation!
Experience in or strong familiarity with the boutique fitness or wellness tech industry
Preferred
Previous experience at companies such as Mindbody, ClassPass, Momence, ClubReady, or Glofox is a strong plus
Candidates with similar industry background or who deeply understand the challenges and needs of fitness studios are especially encouraged to apply
