Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including CRAC/CRAH units, Airewall’s, chillers, condensers, & pumps
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) per schedule to ensure reliable system performance
Replace filters, and other mechanical components as needed
Respond quickly to mechanical equipment failures or temperature excursions to protect IT assets
Escalate critical events to management and assist in root cause analysis after incidents
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
EPA Section 608 Certification
2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping schematics, and wiring diagrams
Familiarity with BMS/BAS systems for monitoring and control
Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call duty
