Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and company strategies

Ongoing maintenance of project timeline and mitigating timeline risks with cross functional collaboration

Identify potential risks and issues in conjunction with cross functional teams that may impact project success

Develop and track mitigation plans through completion

Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, meeting minutes, and task management tool (Monday.com)

Provide regular project status updates and reports to the Head of PMO and other relevant stakeholders

Support troubleshooting roadblocks with cross functional team members and work to develop new processes as needed

Lead, motivate, and manage project team members to ensure project objectives are clear and met on time

Delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and escalate when necessary to meet project milestones

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established best practices

Support tracking of risk mitigation strategy

Navigate and manage changes to project scope, timelines, or requirements while minimizing impact on project goals

Identify and address gaps in processes or WOW to ensure continuous improvement

Required

Minimum 2-4 years of experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering and leading projects within the food industry or related sectors

Proficiency in project management tools and software (Monday.com is a bonus)

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Must be detail oriented and possess strengths in both organization and communication

Proven track record of executing CPG project initiatives
