Responsibilities

Congressional Analysis: Analyze data from Congressional meetings and proposals, identify impacts to VA Community Care, and develop information presentations for Tria VA contractors
Strategic Support: Assist in the development of strategic initiatives, including creating reports and presentations
Project Management: Contribute to the planning and execution of one key project under the supervision of a senior team member
Research: Benchmark industry practices to inform client strategies
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for updated processes or recommendations

Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field

Preferred

Prior internship or coursework in operations or business strategy is preferred but not required
