Responsibilities

Supporting the performance, verification, and sustainment of ELINT systems and components
Participating in formal engineering analysis and reviewing performance parameters at the total system and individual component levels
Performing the design, development, and release of related engineering documents, data management tools, data processing, and reporting software tools

Required

Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline (Electrical, Systems, etc.) and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
Current DOD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Top Secret (TS/SCI) Security Clearance is required
Active Secret Clearance required to be considered with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI

Preferred

Active DOD TS/SCI Security Clearance
Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal) to technical and non-technical personnel
Experience in troubleshooting RC-135 Mission Systems
Experience in Software coding and development
Able to read, interpret, create, and maintain spreadsheets, charts, reports, investigation and test plans, and procedures
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, et al) is required to generate work products
Physical requirements: Some lifting in a Systems Integration Lab (SIL) environment
Knowledge of systems engineering concepts, practices, and procedures
Strong Electronic Warfare Background
Experience on RC-135 Aircraft and Ground weapon systems
Experience writing systems and software requirements using an application such as DOORS/JIRA
Experience presenting design and project information at periodic reviews as well as recommending improvements to existing designs
Be comfortable handling a large amount of classified material
Familiarity with working with Unix/Linux commands in terminal consoles
Experience with building test cases to assess software and system operation against requirements, writing defect reports, and assessing corrections
Familiarity with networking technologies, to include Security+ certification
Familiarity with RC135 Communications Systems
DoD/Military experience
