Responsibilities
Establish and lead the enterprise Responsible AI framework, ensuring AI initiatives are developed and deployed in a compliant, ethical, and transparent manner
Design and operationalize AI governance processes and controls, integrating with existing model risk, compliance, legal, and technology risk functions
Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures that align with regulatory expectations and industry best practices for AI risk management
Oversee AI risk assessments, effective challenge, and control testing, producing clear evidence of risk mitigation and control effectiveness for management and regulators
Serve as the primary liaison to internal oversight functions and external regulators on all matters related to AI governance, accountability, and responsible use
Partner with business and technology leaders to embed Responsible AI principles into the AI development lifecycle—from design through deployment and monitoring
Promote a culture of Responsible AI, providing guidance, training, and awareness to stakeholders to build understanding and trust in AI systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence including GenAI and ML. Advanced Analytics, Data Management, Data Analytics, AI Risk Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence including GenAI and ML. Advanced Analytics, Data Management, Data Analytics, AI Risk
Applied AI, deep understanding of AI risks and mitigation strategies, familiarity with Bank's multi level oversight functions, familiarity with AI related policies, standards and guidance
Preferred
Preferred Area of Study: AI Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred Area of Experience: Financial Services Industry
